I just can’t seem to get enough of making dishcloths. I think like so many people have said it is nice to be able to do different stitch patterns and not invest a huge amount of time. Of course, all of the time I have spent making dishcloths I could have finished one of my other larger projects! Oh well it is what it is, I accept it! Here is my latest foray into dishcloths
This one is called Elvish Leaves Dishcloth. I used size 6 Needles and Sugar’n Cream in the color Sage Green.
My second dishcloth is
This is called the Tulip Bud Garter Dishcloth this is a pdf file. I made it with Sugar’n Cream in the color Hot Pink with size 7 needles. I like pink tulips.
Now on to the fun stuff – my friend Elizabeth went to N. Carolina this weekend and visited several Hobby Lobbies. (We don’t have them around here) From what I read on Ravelry you can’t purchase this yarn on-line so Elizabeth picked me up some.
This is “I Love Cotton” made by Hobby Lobby in the color Sage
This is “I Love Cotton” by Hobby Lobby in the color Aqua.
I can not begin to tell you how soft they are. Then Elizabeth surprised me with this
It is Senso Harlequin by DMC a pink variegated color. Thank you Elizabeth!
So my knitting dreams are growing with my stash. I can continue to hope for a long healthy life so I will have a chance of using the yarn I have acquired and the patterns I have accumulated.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
